It's beginning to look alot like christmas!

AH!! I cant wait for November to be over! I want to break out the hot cocoa, and snowflake decor and put up christmas lights...which, look really hill-billy on an RV! lol.

Our thanksgiving couldnt have gone any slower. Thanksgiving #1 was at DH mothers house, in which we met the new boyfriend (?) and ate a not so traditional thanksgiving meal. Sure, we had our turkey, but where were the marshmallow yams, and green bean cassarole, and rolls, and stuffing??? and most of all...where was the gosh darn cranberry sauce?! I was sad that someone hadnt asked me to bring all the yummies of thanksgiving because I totally would have. On top of that, we were unable to bring home any leftovers because we ended up making plates for the homeless...which, ok...as a pw...I understand and support. However - do you know how many thanksgiving meals/plates get delivered to all the homeless in our city?!?! We had at least 5 churches down there all serving their own thanksgiving meal (which kinda made me mad, why not come together like Christ calls us to and serve together in love and unity? Why seperate ourselves, its not a competition) So I know the homeless were not starving...but then again, its homemade food, not something that was put together by an assembly line.

Our second thanksgiving was today at my parents house in San Antonio, and of course, my mother had all my thanksgiving yummies, and I even got 3 tupperware containers of leftovers. :) I was 1 happy camper. However, its hard to find room for all my yummies in a tiny RV fridge...

How was your thanksgiving?? Did you have the traditional meal, or something unique?
